Acer palmatum 'Kotohime' (Japanese maple), height ~38cm

Japanese maple variety 'Kotohime' is a compact bonsai with densely packed branches and small, finely toothed leaves that provide an elegant texture. In spring, the leaves are bright green, in summer the color deepens, and in autumn they turn a beautiful reddish-orange. This bonsai is in a cream rectangular pot, which beautifully accentuates the colors of the leaves and enhances the refined appearance of the 'Kotohime'.
