   Can't find a product in our online store? Please contact us, and we'll try to find it for you!
   
   
3. I just paid, when can I expect my package?
   All our products are in stock and available for immediate delivery. As soon as we receive your payment, you will automatically receive an email notification. Your order will then be shipped within two business days via PostNL (often even sooner). We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You will also receive a Track & Trace code so you know exactly when your package will be delivered.
   
   
4. I placed an order but want to cancel it, is that possible?
   Of course, that's possible. If you haven't paid yet, you don't need to do anything; we won't process orders until we receive your payment. If you have paid, please contact us.
   
   
5. What are the shipping costs?
   It depends on the weight and your location, we list all the rates on the shipping cost page. We ship within two business days, usually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
   
   
6. Can I order something else without extra shipping costs?
   If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, that's fine! Order the missing items and select the "Pickup" shipping option (so you won't be charged any additional shipping costs). In the "Customer note" (found on the shopping cart page), please include your other order number and the "Merge" comment.
