Acer buergerianum (Trident maple) blue-green round pot, height ~17 cm

The Trident maple gets its name from its characteristic three-lobed leaves. In spring and summer, the leaves are glossy dark green. In autumn, the foliage changes to beautiful shades of yellow, orange and red, giving this bonsai a different appearance each season. This tree is styled in Seki-Jojo (roots over rock).
